I am not currently living in my home but have had a branch fall through my home and wanted to know how much damage has to be done to have it not salvagable. Or I would like to sell it but for a loss as damaged.
I just want out.
Thanks for any help
damage to my home
Re: damage to my home
Does insurance cover a home one isn't living in? Some don't.
Re: damage to my home
Having the roof repaired is a normal job, even if several trusses are damaged. A qualified repairman can address this issue. The difficult thing in some cases, is matching up the ceiling panals, and may require a trip to the manufacturers facility, if not available locally.
Re: damage to my home
come on most mobilehomes can be fixed no matter what the damage is their like kit cars one piece breaks you order another LOL for real i do alot of grant and ins. work and they will pay 7000 dollars on a new roof befor they scrap a 5000 dollar trailor or it sure seems that way to me short of burning it to the ground and forget it by the way arson is a felony LOL GOODLUCK
