damage to my home

Post by Sharie Arnold » Wed Mar 26, 2003 6:35 pm

I am not currently living in my home but have had a branch fall through my home and wanted to know how much damage has to be done to have it not salvagable. Or I would like to sell it but for a loss as damaged.

I just want out.

Thanks for any help

Does insurance cover a home one isn't living in? Some don't.

Having the roof repaired is a normal job, even if several trusses are damaged. A qualified repairman can address this issue. The difficult thing in some cases, is matching up the ceiling panals, and may require a trip to the manufacturers facility, if not available locally.
