Question on minimum income required for lot rent

I just went to look at a fixer upper. I am interested in it since it was pretty much in move in condition.

The problem is that there is an income requirement of about $1500.

It is a 55 and older place, but I'm on disability so I would qualify

The only problem is that my SSD is less than $1000 a month. I know I could pay the $615 lot rent because I pay more for that now in apartment rent.

I wonder if there is an income waiver for people who are disabled?
