Roof Warranty

I have a 2002 Skyline Modular Home located in Florida. Unfortunately we've had a lot of rain during the past three days and my roof began leaking. I was wondering if you have info on the roof warranty?

The extended term roof oriented warranty is actually a shingle warranty. Very few leaks are caused by the shingles themselves. Most roof leaks will be caused by seals weathering and cracking around roof protrusions IE plumbing vents, fireplace chimneys and other items coming through the roof..Often they are hard to find because the leaking water sometimes gets into the roof vapor barrier and travels far from the actual leak. You probably should get an experienced manufactured home tech to come find the problem and suggest a cure.
