As part of a settlement my with my ex fiance
wanted to give me a "conditional"Bill of Sale, and I didn't want it, he was abusive and I wanted him out of my life but it was his way or the highway, I should mention I am disabled... I tried to get him to give me just a regular "Bill Of Sale" and he said he couldn't because he still owned it and its not paid for. Very confusing.
After trying to get him to do this and his refusal. I left the home and into an apartment but I did leave the mobile home under the car of my neighbors. After being in an apt where they raised the rent the day I moved in up $50.00, I decided that I' de be better of under his rule.
Now finally the question, can he stop me from moving back in...Lots of feed back please

If he is still the owner of record, with his name on the title it is his home. If you are the owner of record, with your name on the title it belongs to you. Any conditional bill of sale will require the service of a lawyer to interpret state law and help you make a decision if it is worth fighting for.

Thank you for your reply, it's appreciated, a lot.
The real estate agency was supposed to get my name on the Title but they never did and it has been 6 months and the park said they won't approve me if the home is not mine.
My ex told me the management gave him personal information about me and I'm so upset about it..I have a, Restraining Order against him and they know that and I am very, very upset and shocked. I know he got the information from them by it's content..I don't know what to do..

I am sorry for your grief but your problem is out of the realm of this forum. Sounds like you really need legal assistance.
