building and land prep cost

I am thinking about buying property to put a manufactured home and am wondering how much it might cost for a basement, garage, wiring, deck.... approx of course. I am just trying to get an idea if it would be a smarter way to go than purchasing a home and fixing it up. Thanks for your thought and input.

Various prep costs seem to vary substantially across the country. Septics and wells seem to vary by thousands. The best place to get approximate figures is from a dealer near you. He should know the requirements and costs near you..
