VAHomemortgage.com

Post by gidget88038 » Tue Aug 03, 2010 10:42 am

Does anyone know anything about VAHomeMortgage.com? It's been hard to get financing with VA loans through banks here, I was wondering about an online mortgage broker like this?

Thanks

I would check with some local mortgage brokers. If you don't know of any, ask the dealership you are considering purchasing the home from to recommend some to you.

The VA Loan to purchase a home with $0 Down is a wonderful thing. Their loans will generally offer a lower Rate and lower monthly payments. Unfortunately putting together all the required paper work takes a lot more work and a longer time frame than conventional loans. As the funds are still coming form private lenders the VA Loans are very difficult to put together today. For this reason most lenders and brokers have not been offering VA Financing. There are a few that specialize BUT remember to take advantage of your VA Benefit you still have to qualify for the loan.
