I've a 17 unit park which has an xtra 6 camper spots + a 22X60 modular in which we live on 4.75+- acres in Wyoming.
It's 17 permanent spaces are 100% rented with an additional 7 camper spaces. Of the camper spaces has 1 lot rented and I own 3 campers setting on those lots of whice 2 are I own 15 of the trailers setting on them & rent the other 2 lots lots.
The park's in the county just 1/2 to 3/4 mi outside of the nearest town on the areas main N-S hwy & 2 mi off an interstate Hwy.
I owe approx $60,000 and beleive it's worth $400,000.00 or more.
Paying 1508.61 per mo & are current. In fact have never been behind.
