Cappaert homes
Has anyone bought a Cappaert Onyx 3105 model home? This is the home me and my wife have picked. We know its an entry level double wide- and that it entails costs savings on the part of the manufacturer. You get what you pay for, and importantly let the buyer beware. This is why I am asking. If they simply skip on the fancy fixtures, use 20 year instead of 25-30 year shingles, don't do dry wall etc I can live with it. The price is unbeatable for the space- 2080'sq 4bed 2 bath living room, den, study, and storage room with fire place, 4 ton AC unit with heat sump, new appliances including a washer and dryer for $65,000 (Arkansas). This is about $20,000 less and 300'sq bigger than a Clayton home we were looking at and as long as the structure itself is sound, then its a deal I can't pass up.
