marco fireplace brick cracked

I have a Marco fireplace model#792778L and the brick is cracked and need to find replacement part. Where might I find to order part. Also misplaced the manual, can I order a new manual. Also we burn alot of wood but doesn't seem to heat home , what are we doing wrong. Not sure how to use the fresh air control.
