Inside mold

We live in Okeechobee, FL and close our 1978 double wide home up during the summer when we go north. This past year I came back to find a fine film of green mold on furniture. We were gone from the end of May until the end of August. I had Damp-rid in all the rooms and kept the air conditioner set at 84. The house was opened twice when my neighbor checked after storms. I also seem to be getting a lot of condensation around my air conditioner floor vents. We put a new air conditioner in two years ago and don't seem to remember having this problem before it was done. We have hurricane shutters that we always put down. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, do you have any suggestions about cleaning this mold off the wood parts of the furniture? Thanks. Lillian
