Nice home for $40,000?

Are there any 1000+ sqf MH kits that with all finishes cost $40,000 or less? Preferably suitable for Alaska-like climate. I need it for export.

Yes many manufacturers build single section homes upto 1160 sq ft. that all should be less than 40K...Many of them have commercial export divisions and can and will build to your required specx...Check with manufactures on the coast you expect to ship from..
