The NADA system fro putting a value on older homes is a bit complicated but reasonably accurate. You can purchase a value report at ManufacturedHomeCredit.com

I have found the VIN number for my single wide mobile home but do not know the manufactuer of the home. I have the title and want to move in to another location in my town. The owner of the NEW trailer park says he has to have a manuel in order to move my movile home to his park. Where do I find this information? I do have the title to my mobile home, just want to move to new location.

Thanks,

Murphy Kovar

The titel will say the brand name or manufactuer name... Take a closer look or show it to the park owner

Even if you knew the manufacturers name, it is very unlikely you will find a set up manual..The local building department will require the home to be set by a licensed installer to the manual's requirements or the requirements of the states generic set up code..Show the title to the park manager and tell him a manual is NOT available. Good Luck
