garden tub, bathroom in bedroom
I have a late 90's 16X80 home. My "Garden Tub" is out in the open in the back left corner in our Master Bedroom. Our double sinks are in the open too. Only the toilet and shower stall are enclosed behind a door. We want to take out the Tub as it is too shallow for us and it makes the bedroom too watery for me to breathe. It is surrounded by what appears to be carpet over God Knows What in the front, a half wall on the left side, and walls on the back and right side. How do we take out the tub and is it even possible? We thought about making it into a HUGE shower but we can't seem to figure out how to remove the faucet. If we make it into a shower we would run a wall between the bedroom and the bathroom (along with taking out the double sinks and putting one pedestal sink in). I really hate the bathroom in the bedroom and just want suggestions on what we can do to fix the situation. Thanks for any help.
