work orders?

Post by suzellenn » Mon Feb 18, 2008 5:37 am

MARK,
WANNA TELL ME HOW I GET REPAIRS COMPLETED WHEN NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY WORK ORDERS . I HAVE BEEN IN HIATUS SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT , ALMOST 4 MOS. NOW , WANNA RESPOND? I HAVE THE CONFIRMATIONS THAT THE ORDERS WERE RECEIVED SO WHAT NOW? I KNEW THAT TOWNHOMES WOULD NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR WORD OF THE REPAIRS BEING COMPLETED IGF WE RAN INTO MY 1 YEAR. I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH MY HOME I STILL HAVE YET TO UNPACK. 11 MOS. LATER. TOTALKLY POOR WORKMANSHIP AND COOPERATION WITH THIS COMPANY I HOPE EVERYONE WHO READS THIS DETERS FROM BUYING A TOWNHOME MOBILE HOME PRODUCT.

I am sorry, I am not familiar with this brand of home...I am not familiar with ANY company who builds HUD certified homes who use the words "mobile home" in their name. You have not mentioned where you are but from your IP address it seems you are in Florida. Every state has a system for consumer complaints. For Florida you must contact;

FLORIDA
Dwight F. Davis, Chief
State of Florida
Division of Motor Vehicles
Bureau of Mobile Homes and RV
2900 Apalachee Parkway, MS66
Tallahassee, FL 32399-0640
PH: (850) 617-2808
FAX: (850) 488-7053
Designee: Chuck Smith, Program Manager
Consumer Complaint: Vicky Ladd PH: (813) 740-4298 ext. 233

They will need the make, model,manufacturer, serial number and purchase date.Most available on the HUD label on the wall somewhere in the home.Remember true violations of the construction code do NOT have a time limit. The 1 year warranty has nothing to do with the HUD complaint mechanism..Your owners manual will have a specific all of this info as well. You should go through the whole process described in the manual. If problems still not remedied call the state and/or seek legal advice..

When I used Google to search for this brand name, I only found it mentioned with a for sale listing in Melrose, Fl.....One of the sites was even blocked by Google as a dangerous web site...If this is your listing, you might want to ckeck your computer for malicious software.
