Help....Deer Valley Owner Feedback

I have read all the Deer Valley comments, and I would like more feedback on the good or bad with Deer Valley. I live in Central MS and they seem to have the better quality homes, compared to other homes offered around my location. Any help would be welcomed. We are in a time crunch, our current home nearly burned last week and we need a new home soon.....

We have not purchaed our Deer Valley yet but I did tour the plant in Guin and met with the management and other employees. That is the first mfg home plant I have been to, but I was very impressed with their company culture and manufacturing processes. I was there about 2 hours and they never tried to rush me off or avoid my questions. They probably told me more than dealers would want me to know.

Sorry I can't offer actual living experiences, but as far as I can tell they go overboard to satisfy the customer and deal with dealer "setup" issues, etc. Call for a plant tour if you have time.

Update to that Rating Info, seems old. They do offer customization and in fact most every home they build has been customized by the consumer. They have an updated website with floor plans, pictures, contact information, etc..

They do also list modular homes now..but rhey do not mention for which states they are built...

Thanks for the information. We went to another dealer this past weekend and they were much more helpful than the first. More informative, helpful, considerate, and overall much more interested in selling a Deer Valley home than another maker. Plus they had a home on their lot that we loved and its being held until we hear from the insurance company and the bank. Thanks everyone!
