Looking for nice resident owned community

Looking for a nice manufactured home in a nice 5 star resident owned community within a 15 to 30 minute drive to a nice beach.

You have not mentioned if you want Atlantic, Pacific or Gulf beach proximity..

I am looking in Florida - would prefer the Atlantic, although I am open also to the Gulf.

I guess you did no like the listing in Deerfield Beach lised here...

There is an organization devoted to resident owned communities in Florida...

You can find them here...be sure to check out the about us section for list of officers and phone number..They have 50 listd member parks...This should keep you busy for a while..Find parks you like and search here in the MLS sections for homes for sale in them....

Are there any resident owned communities in the Tampa, FL area that would accept a 52 year old with two small dogs?

I would suggest you look at the 2 links ablve and decide if any of the 97 parks listed are close enough to Tampa for you. Then call them and ask if they will take a youngster like you and your man's best friends...
