Has anyone heard of "Wholesale Manufactured Homes"? http://www.wholesalemanufacturedhomes.c ... ecrest.php
I called the company a couple of months ago and talked to a guy that gave me some information. The home, "Magnolia" first one on the list, is suppose to be made by Cavco but he didn't seem sure. I love this floor plan. Here's the problem. The guy was suppose to get back with me and never called back. I emailed him, then called and still no answer. I emailed the company and still no answer. I'm wondering if this is not a good company.
Does anyone know how I would look up this floor plan and find out who makes it? I've gone through a lot of floor plans and this is the only one I've seen like this one.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
How do I locate a manufacture for house plan?
Re: How do I locate a manufacture for house plan?
I would give up on this dealer....The web site is slick but it has all the signs of trouble....No owernership information, NO address, No human names or no location address...
I assume you are looking at the 1093 sq. ft. model listed first under Magnolia..
It IS a Cavco floorplan..which can be found here..
http://media.cavco.com/floorplans/pdf/LS-2844E.pdf
It is in the Lichfield LS Builder Series of homes...Web site here..see it listed down the list
http://www.cavco.com/manufactured/serie ... eriesid=76
You can search for a good dealer near you here..
http://www.cavco.com/manufactured/brand.asp?brandid=15
Do not bother with mail order dealers..You should be buying from one in your area who knows your county and has local set up crews, and local suppilers of a/c, foundations and underpinning..Good Luck in your quest..
