Rubber roof?

I have a 2001 Palm Harbor DW located in the Tampa Bay area. Many of the residents in our park have had a rubber roof installed instead of re shingling. I've talked to several but most either don't know who installed or had it installed by an company called Invincible Roofs (out of business now). Anyway, these roofs come with a "lifetime" warranty. My question is: does anyone have any experience with this type roof? Also any installers in central Florida you would recommend?
