Re: finding infor on home built by Virginian Homes mfgr
Having a little trouble finding a manufacturer with this name...Might be one no longer in business...A modular home will have a certification certificate posted in the electric box...You have not mentioned which state the home is in.....Virginia's label looks like this
http://www.ibts.org/pdfs/VIRGINIA.pdf
You can find links to samples of all state's labels here...
http://www.ibts.org/mod_home.htm
Once you have the state and label number you should be able to get the approved print for this house from them or they can refer you to the factory design engineer....Some states have these records online....Good Luck..
If this is a resale you should have a professional home inspector look at it...

They do not mention a model with the name Park Royal..but builders and developers often make up their own...These homes look pretty nice....Hope this info helps...

I'm not familiar with that particular brand.
"Today's modular homes are computer engineered to meet all national, state & local building standards. With hundreds of stock plans to start with, and the ability to computer generate unlimited variations, the design of your dream home is only limited to your imagination.
As with traditional building methods a modular home starts with its framework. Modular homes typically use 20% to 30% more material in the framing to insure a safe and secure trip to its destination. Most factories GLUE as well as nail or screw the components of the home together for a more solid assembly.
Most modular homes are now built in a modern controlled environment using high quality materials. They are precision engineered for a lifetime of trouble-free structural durability. Quality control is maintained by constant inspection throughout the construction process." (from Modular Construction Methods )
