Hi Experts and All,
I google searched and found this site has a lot of very useful info. Anyway, I just bought a MH and it costs $183,000 in Sunnyvale, CA without owing the land. It is brand new MH, model number is Skyline 7425-CT ~1500 sf. I saw a lot of of people in here bought MH so cheap and I just wonder if I got the good deal or not. Please share.
thx
If I got the good deal on new MH or not?
Re: If I got the good deal on new MH or not?
When properly sited and maintained, manufactured homes will appreciate at the same rate as other homes in surrounding neighborhoods. Today's market value of your home depends on what the homes around it are selling for.
If you take that home and place it in an upscale community, that includes features like a golf course, tennis courts, a great club house or other common amenities, that home will certainly have a higher value than the exact same home set at an economy depressed inner-city location.
The value of manufactured homes just like any othere structure comes back to the old real estate axiom -- location, location, location.
