Where to get a loan from the Bank

Post by Teresa » Mon May 21, 2007 9:57 pm

My husband and I are the first home buyer,
we would like to buy a manufactured home in Hayward
in CA, we met a biggest issue was where to find a
bank to get a mortgage they will loan us to buy it
without a land that we should pay the space rent will
be in 400-500 monthly, built in 2000.

My husband got the 790 scores and he is working
with no debts.

Please kindly to inform us which bank will loan us
to buy the manufactured home only ( NO LAND) at lower rate.
Thanks!

You will have NO problem with that FICO score..The best place to start is right here in the finance section...The lenders here specialize in manufactured homes...I is not uncommon for them to finance quality credit in a park setting...
Go here to get offers from multiple lenders.

There are dozens of lenders who are happy to finance manufactured housing without land... especially with the kind of good credit history you have . Submit the form you will find on this page How to Find a Loan for Your Manufactured Home With No Land Included. Leading lenders and brokers who have loan products available matching your needs will contact you.

I would say "Buy a home on Land" but the Bay Area is a rare exception - the affordability of single-family homes or condos is nonexistent (which is why I moved away a dozen years ago!) Best of luck!!!
