refinancing question

I an an investor, I own 3 double wides in Arizona, they are 1985 3 bed/2 baths, i want to refi and cash out, so I can rent them to other people, do you know what lenders can I work with to do that?

Few if any traditional manufactured home lenders will do NON-owner occupied homes...You are looking for a commercial lender into making loans for rental property...Usually only local banks will be of much help...

No..You need to do your due diligence and your market reasearch...Develope a FULL financial statement and be ready to tell a skeptical banker why he/she should invest in your business..I would recommend you approach a small locally owned bank in the area you are moving...The big mega national bank seldom would be interested in this small loan...
