Hello, Just wondering if there is anything I need to do besides transfer the title when I sell my place. I live in MN.

You probably should also have a bill of sale...commonly called purchase agreement which details your responsibility and the buyers responsibilities also all financial agreements should be detailed......Most sellers want to sell "AS IS"...If you disclose any defects these should be listed....The best place to get legal advice is from a local attorney....
