It is best to use an HCD licensed sales rep when buying mobile homes, who are up-to-date on disclosure laws and such. Any one selling a home must disclose such facts. If you really want to be sure of the safety and condition of a home, you should find a Title 25 qualified inspector, to inspect the home before you buy.
