1973 Vindale

I am trying to determine if a 1973 Vindale is a Modular or a Mobile Home. The Model is a 357TTLD with Serial C1786. I don't know the contact information or who to contact for this information. The SCDMV shows no record of the home being titled. The appraiser's are not sure either. Can you help or advise? Thanks

What does the seller saw and what does the tax man say...Vindale did build state approved mods in these pre HUD days..There should be some kind of certification document somewhere in the home...If you find a certificate to the ANSI standards..this is probably a mobile home...I would question whether the Vindale plant in Florida built SC approved mods in this time frame..That is only my opinion...
