We are in the process of potentially buying a 2005 Breckenridge Park Model that will be used seasonally. This particular model has never been sold to anyone so while it is a 2005, it is new. Questions: Do I need to have it inspected? Any thoughts on the value's of these homes. If we sell it in a couple of years, can we expect to make a profit? Break even? Please advise.
