buying a home in New Jersey

I'm looking to buy a MH home new and would like info on where I can place it. My goal would be to buy vacant land, put a basement in and place the MH home on it. Any ideas?

New Jersey has an active Manufactured Housing Association. Contact them to get the information about members that are offering home and land packages.
