refinance

I'm having trouble finding someone who will refinance a 1975 mobile.
It is on 3 1/2 acres of prime land in Trinity County, Ca.
HELP!

I would guess local banks would be your only possible source for this home..They would be lending on your strengths and the value of the land for collateral....Smaller local banks or credit unions would be the best place to check

try Wells Fargo.. the wells fargo in temecula, ca does mh without perm foundation! they don't do stated loans though, just straight full doc (regular paycheck w-2) loans. good luck!
