Home Warranty

I am selling an older (approx 20 yrs old) manufactured home and the buyer has asked for a home warranty. Do you know of any companies I can contact for a quote?

I am buying a manufactured home in California and have just researched a number of home warranty companies. Some offer services only in certain states.
