Buyer Beware - CI Investments USA

I fell in love with a mobile home and subsequently the company that repped it. I can't seem to find the thread now but someone had posted that CI INVESTMENTS USA had cashed their check to move a mobile home...maybe in AL. In any event, I am sorry to report I did my own research on them and according to the information on the BBB Baltimore site regarding this company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The complaints ranged from not responding to the BBB's inquiries to complaints from customers that have complained about not receiving their services, products, and an inability to confirm the company's existance. This company was listed as doing business for 11 months and had racked up seven such complaints in that time period. That is the documented number of complaints. There may be others floating around. Just thought others may be interested in this information as they advertised some really nice homes and may be contacted by unsuspecting buyers. They have a number of listings on this site as well.

You are right this company has been talked about here often in the last years,,,Last time I posted a link to a newspaper story about a fraud investigation of these folks...The link is still active..You can find the thread here....You are right..so not give these folks any money...

really disappointing. they had some gorgeous homes. they even have a bible phrase on their site. that is down right not right.

Please don't let this situation break your heart. Instead you should feel very proud that you did your homework PRIOR to putting your money down. There are many reputable mfd housing retailers across the country. Find one that you have confidence in, let them know exactly what your looking for. There are no one of a kind mfd homes.
