2.5 acres

.I have a double wide mobile home on perm foundation. Located on 2.5 acres in Calif. Full doc, N/O/O 540 score. Owns free and clear, needs max cash out.

Any ideas?

no, I have nearly the same. 2.09 acres nice home score 630 and lenders are horrible. Looking for a lender now. If you are in the highdesert by any chance I know High Desert CU does lots of them in Hesperia and Victorville. Merit Mortgage in Moreno Valley can probably help you too.
