new (mobile) home loan

Hi-

Im in the process of developing several pieces of land in southern NJ. Specifically, Im putting up the first of several new mobile homes that will reside on their own land, and selling the package.

Im looking for a lender, besides greentree finan., that finances the process from clearing the lot, to buying to home, to paying for foundation and setup.

If any lenders or brokers troll this board, please contact me. Id be putting up new mobiles from dealers, the loan should be easy enough, I just dont have alot of contacts as where I live mobiles are uncommon. Thanks.

Your dealer should be able to guide you..or check with the commercial loan department of your bank...If you do not already have a commercial loan relationship with them, they will ask you for a business plan and your financial statements..If the loan makes sense there will be lots of lenders wanting your business...

Im really hoping for company names

If anyone is in the area Id love to hear from them, but 'my bank' does not do mobile homes, commerecial or otherwise. In this area I would consider it a niche, no matter how much sense the numbers make.

Sorry but most of the lenders here do owner occupied primary housing only..The only lenders to do commercial loans for real estate developers are usually local lenders....For a comprehensive list of dealer financial resources go here

Most of these will not be into spec building only long term permanent finance..
