future of mobile home parks

My wife and are are considering retiring in Las Vegas and purchasing a mobile home in a senior park. A 2005 newspaper in Las Vegas ran an article stating that "many" mobile home park were being considered to be bought our and demolished. Where and how can we inquire about which mobile home parks these may be? Obviously, we don't want to move in and be forced to move out in just a few years.

My guess would be that these would be ones with old, dilapidated trailers in them. Most newer parks would likely not allow any home that's not new. You should be fine in one of those.
