Pet-friendly 55+ community in FL

We are interesting in purchasing a manufactured home in a 55+ community in central Florida, but need to find a community that will accept a 45 lb. dog. There has got to be communities out there, but I am having a very hard time finding them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
