I'm sorry to say, if you bought it you are in for alot.I say burn it.youre better off, unless you have the money to waste trying to fix it.It will cause health problems, ive heard even cancer. We live in the same situation no money.Actually, i think its worse, my 3 yr old fell through the bathroom floor the other day,we have SEVERE mold/water damage. I was told it was not worth it,by a pro,and that we would have to rebuild the whole half of our mobile. The previous owners never fixed ANYTHING in the 18 yrs they were here, they "made it work".We trusted our "FRIENDS" to tell us the truth.... Now our family of 6 has nowhere to go to get away.we live on 13$an hr (in the Tahoe area) Like we could move..haha. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

my husband uptook the floor and then dug underneath the wall to get it all out, since it was rotton, it was easier, but i did take time, he then put 2X4's underneath where the wall is and had it stick out a little beyond the floor so the subfloor would have something to lay on and he could nail it in. i hope this helps and you can understand what i'm talking about.
he just got this fixed last weekend
