Range Vent Exhaust Leak

I got up this morning to find water on my kitchen floor and first though a pipe had burst under the sink, but I traced it to where the exhaust pipe that goes up threw the ceiling you could see water dripping around the side of it. for now I have some towels rapped around the pipe until it stops raining to get to the cause I dont think this should happen to a 5 year old doublewide home could it be that the flashing if there is any around that pipe on the roof could be loose? We had high winds Thursday and Friday morning gusts up to 40mph could that have loosened some shingles around it? Thanks Kraig
