releveling old home

I have a 33 y/o 14x50 that has sunk 2-3" on side with heaters, bath, kitchen.
I'm trying to make decision to relevel or not, especially at this age. Not sure if out-of-level condition is due to its originally set, or sinkage over the years [probably latter]. Home is a ground set, but can be gotten under.
My question is: What criteria needs to be used in making decision to relevel or not to relevel in home this age?

Generally the older homes level up pretty good because you don't have as much worry about cracking sheetrock and such. If you decide to relevel, use several jacks and jack up evenly. There's also a releveling kit sold on this site in the book section.

I should also add that older homes level-up pretty good as long as the frame doesn't have a set 'bend' in it. Meaning that it's been out of level for so long, that the frame is bent so it'll never level right.
