firplace insert

i removed my fireplace insert in my mobile home, and built an entertainment center wher it was. i am selling my home and the prospective buyer would like to have the fireplace insert i took out. PROBLEM - i dont have it any more. does anyone know where i can buy just the insert. i do not have to put it back in, they would just like to have one if they decide to do so. already checked ebay and did some searching, but no luck. would like to do this as inexspensively as possible. please help if you can.

Why not tell the truth..tell them you do not have it....Truth is far better than deception..which is likely to bite you later...

Tell them you do not have the original..that it is gone forever and you will replace with another....Then search for one on the site the webmaster suggested or check with a local Home Depot or Lowes....

like i said in the reply to your reply - THEY KNOW ITS GONE ! thats why i asked for suggestions on where i could find a replacement. duh. but i will check at lowes and home depot, thank you.
