i am in desperate need of a lender!!!! i am trying to purchase a 1995 dbl wide on own property in washington. the deal was scheduled to close last week, but my lender dropped out at the last minute. whole package is complete...addendums, appraisal, everything. i have some old credit issues, but everything is real good for the last 4 years. appraised at $131,000 purchase price $80,000. only have 5% to put down, must close fast!!!! i have to move by 12-26. can anybody help?
