Replacement for Metal Roof

I have a 1996 (16 x 80) MH with original metal roof. What do you suggest as replacement that will help with heating/cooling and least expensive?

If the roof is structural sound, I would probably just cover it with a

Polyvinyl Roof like this.

I've found out metal roof has existing leaks around outer edges and was not cool sealed properly. Nothing else was done to roof prior to sealant application.
