ceiling tiles

Hello Everyone!
I would like to replace the celing tiles on a 1980 manufactured home. Please advise.

Are these the long panels, and replace them with what? Any idea what you would like to try? Tom

Don't do it!
The ceiling panels are usually is used to stiffen the roof and spread wind load. Just overlay them if you must. I would suggest paint. If you pull them down, you will have one big mess.

Unfortunately I ahve to replave the real long one in a vaulted ceiling. My roof was damaged ina hurrican and caused water damage...what is teh best way to fix this?

I have the long !6"X10' long ceiling tile and am trying to find replacement one or how or what to change them to.
