My home was delivered today and we noticed water inside the insulation barrier under the house, (a lot of water) Does the factory need to replace the insulation or will it be okay. I was told it was probably ruint, and would start stinking. Help

Most likely the water came from a leak in the plumbing. Has that been fixed?

Otherwise I'd make them repair the belly to like-new condition. This will mean removing and replacing any wet insulation, drying out the area and then repairing the belly. Hopefully your floors won't show future damage from the moisture.
