Installing Ceiling Fans

We have a 2000 Geurdon home and want to install ceiling fans in most rooms. Currently there are no extra switches for this or ceiling lights in any of the rooms. How can we do this? Thanks to all who respond.

How about using a Swag Kit? What it is, is basically you wire the fan with an outlet plug and then plug it into a switchable outlet. Swag kits are available where they sell fans. Also remember that you will need a brace for the fans, which screws into the ceiling joists to hold the fan in place. Dont see it here in the parts store, but you can find it at http://www.mobilehomerepair.com in the Books and Parts section or they should have it locally where you buy fans also. Tom
