Homes of Merit

Hello: Recently, we purchased a 1987 Homes of Merit home in Clearwater, FL. What can anyone tell me about this manufacturer? Since we are relocating to Clearwater from the west, is there anything that we should be aware of that we may not think about? Thank you for your replies!

I can only tell you they are a Florida based manufacturer and unfortunately those of of up north have no experience with them(Myself Anyway). Here is a website link that may be helpful

Homes of merit is a multi plant company in Florida only..They are now owned by Champion Homes...They were the largest manufacturer in Florida until recently and have built a full range of homes...mostly from the upper middle to the top end of the scale..The product built in 97 was all of the best in the industry...

Enjoy you new life in Florida...but stay off Hwy 19...

30 x 75 is the dimension.
