Belly repair

Hello,

I am doing some repairs on a home that the belly has water in it from a feeze up.
Am draining the water. Should I replace the insulation or let it dry, then patch the
belly??
Been told that the insulation will retain its R value when dried.
Would say its about 50% of the belly.

My opinion is, replace it. It just simply removes the possibility of mold getting a foothold. Tom
