Cindy...Google found the site very quickly...
http://www.hallmarksouthwest.com/
Their website could use some work...Seems the host server is very slow...My cable connection was way faster than they could download the pics....Reminded me of the old days and dial up service....Like watching grass grow...slow..slow..slow..
There does not seem to be a dealer listing on the site...So it will be of no help finding dealers to compare...
Always remember WHO you buy from is just as important as WHAT you buy...

Consider the Ratings Guide for timely..quality information...I am sure the guide will remind you that your choice of dealers is probably MORE important than which home you buy...
A good dealer will make the most basic homes a good buy...A bad dealer will make even the best home a nightmare..
There is some negotiation room in most prices..Just remember time is your financial enemy...Since Katrina prices nationwide are rising at about 3/4% per month...Or about $150 / week on most nice homes...Plus rates have been rising..A 1% increase translates to about $ 20,000 in the life of a mortgage...

Re: Hallmark-Southwest homes
I just happen to specialize in Hallmark Manufactured Homes, for the bottom line is, they are the top-of-the-line in the industry - bar none! Silvercrest is a very nice home indeed, but it is no Hallmark and for many reasons. Just for one, Silvercrest is now owned by Champion, one of the low-end builders. Contact me for the other reasons.
I work for Mesa Homes in Stanton, California, the largers authorized Hallmark dealer in the Southern California area. If you contact me personally, I can fill you in on what I can offer. Likewise, I have special authorization that allows me to take my customers right to the factory itself to design a home the way they want. In the meantime, please take a look a my special Hallmark Website at http://www.ourfamilyalbums.photosite.com/Hallmark.

Dear Cindy,
I am a small manufactured home dealer and we live in a Hallmark Southwest home in Lake Hughes, CA. The home was built last year and I am happy to show it to you as we have no showroom.
