Holiday Greetings to everyone. I am assuming the moderator duties for this forum and really look forward to interacting with everyone on the boards. I have a broad base of experience covering not only Manufactured Housing, but also Real Estate, Contracting and Finance. In addition, some of you may be familiar with my name, Ramb37 (Old Ron) from the First Time Home Buyers and Ask the MH Experts forums. I have been active on those boards since early this year. I also live in a MH home.

Remember this is NOT a secure site, so limit the personal information you provide to items which are important to the question you ask. Hopefully everyone knows NEVER to supply any financial account numbers EVER, either voluntarily or in response to a request by a person on the boards. Please continue sharing your questions, experiences, and answers on all MH issues.

I wanted to CLARIFY the words "secure site" in my previous post. The MESSAGE BOARDS are not "secure'. There are, however, portions of the www.mfdhousing.com SITE which are secure. e.g. Mobile Home supply ordering, ordering books, etc. (Other links may or may not be secure, depending on the web site's capabilities.)

Did not want anyone to be concerned about the site security as a whole, only the message boards. Also remember, unless you are using a secure e mail site, personal information sent by e mail is not secure.

Ron, you will continue to be my source of wisdom in my learning of the manufactured home subject. Keep up the good job!

I want to offer trailer parts and supplies online. I have a site which I have trademarked and feel it offers a lot of potential. Your previous employer sold wholesale. Can you supply me with their name and address as well as anyone else you may know of who could be seeking additional representation for their products? Thanks in advance for any input you could provide. John Mauldin

My previous employer sold out to Stylecrest, who in turned closed down the business. Kaufman supply is located at:

Kaufman Supply
Linda L. Shaw
4825 Fulton Industrial Blvd.
Atlanta, GA 30336
PO Box 44984
1-800-800-5757

Also, go to www.google.com and type in the search box "Mobile Home Supply" include the quotes, and you will get about 10 pages of MH supply listings.
