I'm looking to a reccomendation for a construction company in Maricopa/Pinal County AZ that can put a stem wall on my mobile home and receive the engineer's certification for FHA Loan approval. If you have a name and number of a reliable firm please let me know... Likewise if you know of one I should not call EVER, please let me know that too. Thanks for your feedback.

I would suggest you call dealers in the area for referrals...They will know experienced contractors in your area the best..

If you can tell me what a stem wall is I can build it. You will save a lot of money and pass all requirements.
