I am looking for a mobile home in central florida where i live now. I would neeed the mortgage held by owner. I am a preschool teacher and attending college. I have good credit but I need a very low down deposit. I need at least 3 bedrooms because I have a foster child and he has to have his own room. state of florida requirements thank you for all your help
